Once we worked together to get the final product to its Minnesota destination, it arrived frozen and nothing was ruined. Just a hint to others sending frozen items out of the State of Ohio or surrounding states, do not go ground transport, or have a delivery on Friday or Saturday. Use Air transport and aim for Tues-Thurs so it doesn’t sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend. Thank you for making it right and sending it the correct way.
