    After retiring to Florida we have learned a lot. Goetta (/ˈɡɛtə/ GHET-ə) is a meat-and-grain sausage or mush of German inspiration that is popular in Metro Cincinnati. It is primarily composed of ground meat (pork, or sausage and beef), pin-head oats and spices. "Since it's a Northern thing", we had to order to fulfill our Cincinnati roots in the south. I can have my own Goetta Fest and introduce a few friends to a favorite of ours!

    The best like always. Living in Arizona now, miss the convenience of ordering this locally. I’ll always enjoy goetta from some 40 plus years ago as a child when I first had it with my grandparents living in Covington, KY.

    We moved from the Cincinnati area in 1971 when I was 11. I get goetta every time I get back there, but it's been years now. The Goetta is absolutely delicious and just as I remember it. I will always order every now and then and always from Cincinnati Favorites / Gliers. Absolute perfection and delicious, as always! Thank you for making this available. I love the other food you offer, but goetta is my abolute favorite. If only other people knew about goetta, maybe we could get it in Virginia someday. I get people to try it when I order and they always love it. Someday.....
