Our story begins in Newport, KY in the 1940s when our Grandma Russo's uncle began with the Forte Spaghetti House and now continues today through mom & I over 70 years later. Each of our ravioli fillings and pasta are crafted by hand in small batches every day using fresh ingredients. Our ravioli is the easiest way to get a chef made quality meal in less than 10 minutes and we welcome you to enjoy the ravioli of our family.
