    I had received a shipment earlier this week that was warm - no dry ice remaining - and melted ice cream, one container had leaked her everything in the cooler. I emailed Cincy Favorites and was pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement shipment that was still chilled and ice cream in containers today! Excellent customer service! Looking forward to preparing a delicious meal for Father's Day tomorrow!

    I ordered this for my 94 year old father, who lived in Cincinnati and now lives in NC. He was thrilled to receive this taste of Cincy. CincyFavorites was very responsive to my questions/concerns. Highly recommend!

    Great gift for retirement.

    My brother retiring this week and under C-19 there would be no celebration planned for his retirement. We sent this box to him and were concerned as it traveled ground and seemed to take a bit to get to him. We hoped items would not spoil. But items arrived frozen and he was thrilled. Nice surprise.
