Thawing & Serving Instructions Cakes ship frozen  To keep frozen: Upon arrival, cakes can be placed in original packaging in the freezer for up to 6 months. To thaw: Upon arrival, place cakes in the refrigerator overnight. Cakes can be served chilled or remove from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature for 2-3 hours prior to serving. Refrigerate any uneaten cake. Cakes last up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
