Sunshine Caramel Company is a woman-owned, artisan confectionery in Cincinnati, founded by Cara Carter. Driven by a passion for baking and a commitment to simplicity, Cara creates small-batch caramels using fresh, natural ingredients—no preservatives, no additives. Each piece is hand-cut, wrapped, and made to melt in your mouth. What began as a side project grew into a full-time labor of love, bringing joy (and sunshine) to customers everywhere.
