Serve with a light lemon butter sauce or drizzle of olive oil to let the vibrant flavors shine or finish with a lemon beurre blanc, a sprinkle of fresh herbs, or toasted pine nuts for an elegant presentation.

More Suggested Finishes:

Classic: A simple butter sauce with fresh basil leaves, a dash of lemon zest, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.

Elevated: Top with toasted pine nuts, a drizzle of lemon-infused olive oil, and freshly cracked black pepper.

For a Creamy Touch: Serve with a light lemon cream sauce and a few lemon wedges for extra zing.

Cook from frozen.

1. Drop in the frozen ravioli in a pot of water.
2. Bring your water in your pot to a gentle boil.
3. Let the raviolis boil for 4-5 minutes and gently stir. Once they are floating allow for 2 minutes to fully cook.
4. Remove with a slotted spoon.
5. Serve with your favorite sauce!

The dough is handmade so make sure to be gentle or possible.

Pro Tip: Finish our ravioli by simply topping with butter or flavored olive oil or make them your own with some fresh herbs, cheeses and other toppings!
