About Russo's Ravioli

Our story begins in Newport, KY in the 1940s when our Grandma Russo's uncle began with the Forte Spaghetti House and now continues today through mom & I over 70 years later. Each of our ravioli fillings and pasta are crafted by hand in small batches every day using fresh ingredients. Our ravioli is the easiest way to get a chef made quality meal in less than 10 minutes and we welcome you to enjoy the ravioli of our family. Make sure to visit us at our website and retail locations around Cincinnati while we craft these beauties out of our commercial kitchen in Pleasant Ridge, Cincinnati.

Cook from frozen.

1. Drop in the frozen ravioli in a pot of water.
2. Bring your water in your pot to a gentle boil.
3. Let the raviolis boil for 4-5 minutes and gently stir. Once they are floating allow for 2 minutes to fully cook.
4. Remove with a slotted spoon.
5. Serve with your favorite sauce!

The dough is handmade so make sure to be gentle or possible.

Pro Tip: Finish our ravioli by simply topping with butter or flavored olive oil or make them your own with some fresh herbs, cheeses and other toppings!
