    Since I live out of state now, I use Cincy Favorites to get the things I miss the most. Glier's Goetta is awesome. I always have gotten the original till this last order. Now I know you have hot too. Ordered both.

    You cannot go wrong with this if you like goetta, always shipped fast, right and frozen. Into freezer ready for setting out 6-8 hours before making. THE BEST!

    We added this to a combo pack we sent our expat family living in Florida. Arrived in amazing condition and shipping was efficient and super fast. Highly recommended!

    The product is AMAZING, glad to be able to get it and other items from your site shipped to me. The shipping/.receiving of my large order was not a great experience.

    I had ordered from Cincy Favorites and my package was delayed from UPS. This was no fault of Cincy Favorites but I did email them and said that the ice cream had melted and they might want to add additional dry ice to packages heading south in the summer. The package was a mess but I cleaned off the additional items which were still a little cool but certainly not frozen. I was annoyed but it was really UPS’s fault. When I got home today, they not only sent me the ice cream but replaced my whole order. Everything was frozen and perfect. I didn’t even ask for that but thank you so very much for making it right. I really appreciate it and will definitely order again. There aren’t many companies who do right thing unless they are threatened. This certainly wasn’t the case here!
