The ice cream is packed in dry ice to ensure it arrives cold.

Terrific service
I sent 6 pints of Graeters to my stressed kids and grandkids in Chicago. They were thrilled! Angela took my order and spoke to me with a calm confident competent voice. It was so easy. And good tracking info. I was able to tell the kids when to look for the surprise.
